Okay, okay, the details...

Yesterday's first spanking was a scorcher, to the point that, despite the fact that I'd asked for it, I was fighting hard to get away. It wasn't a punishment by any means, although I've had punishments that hurt a lot less. Morgan spent Friday night at her grandparents' house, and Nick and I took the opportunity to catch a movie and then spend some time reconnecting physically. It was a very sweet evening, and we fell asleep cuddled together.

I've been feeling the need for some serious stress relief lately, so as we drifted off Friday night I asked Nick if he would spank me the next day, and he agreed. Yesterday before Morgan got home Nick let me know it was time, and he pulled out a paddle he seldom uses. Now this is a pretty intimidating looking implement, but it's a lot lighter than it appears, so I wasn't too worried.

That's why it was such a shock when the first swat landed on my bare bottom and nearly sent me to the ceiling. Holy cow it hurt! And it kept on hurting the whole time. There were no easy licks, and after maybe 200 I was crying some very cathartic tears.
Later on there was plenty more spanking, although this time the paddle stayed in the chest. His hand was plenty on my already sore bottom, and it was a delicious prelude to a very different kind of stress relief. Yum!
This morning in church I could definitely feel the aftereffects of the paddle.

Okay, so maybe not such a big change...

Okay, so I've decided to leave Nick's name as is in the blog, and just take out mine. Since I don't post Morgan's real name anyway, and I don't post our city and state (athough some of you know it anyway), I figure eventually we'll fall off Google's first few pages when searching for our names together.

Oh, and I got lots and lots of spankings today!

A few changes

Okay, this seems almost silly, but I'm in the process of making a few changes around here. I'm removing my first name from the blog, and I'm changing my sexy husband's name on here to The Boss. I really wanted Bossman, but sadly my good friend Grace was way ahead of me there, and her husband makes a fine Bossman, so I'm going to go with "The Boss", not to be confused with TheBoss or SpankBoss or this The Boss.

Why am I taking such a tedious and time-consuming step? Because my dad retired the other day. And he's getting the internet at home. Now I don't think he's going to go surfing through spanking blogs, but you never know what he might stumble across with enough free time on his hands, and when you search for our first names together, we show up on page 2 of Google (at least today).

So, in the interest of keeping my blog public and keeping my parents from having heart attacks, we'll be AngelBrat and The Boss going forward.

Stuff her stocking for $2.88

They're baaaaaack! Wal-mart has the infamous curved bathbrush with their holiday gift sets again this year, and as the tag says, they're only $2.88. And for that small price you get not only a truly evil implement, but a few other spa/bath tools as well. This is a thoroughly impressive spanking toy though, better suited to punishment than play, so don't say I didn't warn you!

I got a spankin'! I got a spankin'!

Yippee! Last night was lovely! When my sexy husband came home I planted a big kiss on him and told him that I really needed him to spank me and let me pleasure him. And we actually made it happen!

After dinner we went out to garage, where I pulled down my jeans and panties and draped myself over the hood of my Xterra. He moved behind me and began to work towards setting my bottom on fire with his hand. And that was quite nice. Then he pulled out something I hadn't seen in quite a while and in fact had thought we'd lost - a ceiling fan blade.

A couple of years ago we got a new ceiling fan for our bedroom, and being the industrious fellow he is, Nick promptly whipped up a couple of shockingly vicious paddles out of the blades of the old one. Looking at a ceiling fan blade, you might be tempted to scoff at its fake wood grain and thin construction. You'd be underestimating it. I was squealing by the time he finished, and for the first time in ages my bottom has some lovely marks on it.

When I was heated up in more ways than one we headed upstairs and I proceeded to show him just how very well I'd learned my lesson and what a very good girl I could be. It was an amazing night, and just what I needed.

Thank you, Baby!

I really want...

...The Bean! I found the link to this awesome item over at Dave and Cindy's, and I have to have one! Not only does it have incredible spanko potential (as you can see on their blog!), the price is nice. I've long lusted after a Liberator, but they're a bit out of our price range. At two easy payments of $24.95, they come in at a under a fourth of the price of the similarly shaped Liberator Scoop. Santa Claus is coming to town...

Crazy weekend!

We've had a busy, crazy weekend. First of all, Nick has a 1968 Suburban that is his project vehicle and his baby. Friday afternoon my coworker G, who lives in our neighborhood, emailed me.

"Did someone hit the truck in your front yard?" (In our subdivision a lot of people park on the street in front of their house. Because the Suburban is such a big vehicle we keep it on our side of the curb at the edge of our property. The first picture is not our truck, but it's the same year and model, to give you an idea of the size.
"Why? Does it look like someone hit it?"
A friend of G's whose parents also live in our neighborhood had called my coworker to tell her about this crazy car wreck on our street where someone had crashed into a Suburban. The neighbors and the police were trying to figure who the Suburban's owner was and contact them. Knowing that we owned one, G thought she'd check with us.
Long story relatively short, it was ours. About a month and 1/2 ago a new family moved in 4 houses down from us. The husband's 16 year old niece had moved in with them, and Friday, high on cocaine, she and three of her friends decided to steal her uncle's car and drive around the subdivision as fast as they could. After nearly running several people off the road, they slammed into the parked Suburban doing roughly 70 MPH. That they weren't killed is a miracle. This is a BIG truck, and the impact pushed it sideways 23 feet across the yard. They hit it hard enough to actually break the lip off the left front wheel. If it hadn't been parked there they would have been in our living room. They got a bit banged up, but jumped out of the stolen car, leaving it in the road and taking off toward the girl's (uncle's) house.

The girl who lives across the street from us saw the crash happen, and she ran after the fleeing teenagers. She called the cops and planted herself outside the uncle's house to make sure they didn't leave. After a couple of minutes they came flying out of the house and jumped in a van. The girl from across the street tried to detain them and got punched in the stomach for her trouble. Fortunately she got the plate numbers from the van, and they were arrested later that afternoon. The pictures below are the results of the crash.

We had no insurance on the Suburban because it was just a project car and not being driven. The girl's uncle claims that he had recently dropped insurance coverage on his (stolen) car because it had been in the shop for a month and he'd just gotten it back. However, he also said that the car was still financed which, in our state at least, means that he's required to carry full coverage insurance. Anyway, we're supposed to get the police report tomorrow, so we'll go from there on getting someone to make reimbursement.
Saturday night we went camping. Yes, it was quite cold, but we had a good time. I had Morgan bundled up in two of everything, in a sleeping bag and under two heave blankets, cuddled between Nick and I. In the middle of the night she kicked of her socks in the sleeping bag and got (literally) cold feet. So of course I had her crawl into mine with me. That would have been fine, except for the fact that she curled into a ball, causing the zipper to unzip and my butt to freeze all night. Too bad we weren't in a good place for Nick to warm it up!

I very much enjoyed the camping trip, but the rest of the weekend was a very stressful cap on a pretty stressful work week, and I'm definitely in need of some stress relief of the spanking kind!

I'll buy a vowel please.

So I promised you guys spanking tales, yes I did. And there is indeed one to report. Okay, this started way back on October 5th. That was my last day of work before my vacation. In our city we have red light cameras. If you're unfamiliar with these, they are cameras set up to catch people running red lights. If you cross the sensor against the light, it takes your car's picture with a nice close up of the license plate and sends you a nice $50 traffic ticket. Now by and far these are good things. Traffic fatalities have dropped tremendously since they were installed, because people are a lot less likely to try to beat the cross traffic if they know it will cost them fifty bucks even if they do make it safely across.

So anyway, there are a number of these cameras on my way to and from work. One of them is at a red light where I turn right each day on my way home. Now, let me say in my defense, it is legal (in my city at least) to turn right on red, providing there's no sign that specifically says "No right turn on red." And in fact, there is no such sign at this intersection. And on Friday the 5th, flush with the freedom of a newly begun vacation, I headed gleefully home, turning right under the red light as usual when I saw that there was no oncoming traffic. So I was a bit shocked when on the 13th I pulled a red light ticket out of our mailbox. Sure, I turned right on red. Every freakin day. So why is this suddenly not okay?

I called Nick immediately and said, "Am I insane? It is still legal to turn right on red isn't it?" He agreed that yes indeed it was, and we decided that I hadn't come to a complete stop before turning, and perhaps that had triggered the ticket. At any rate, he wasn't too upset with me. I hadn't done anything dangerous, and we'd both learned that the traffic cameras don't like rolling stops into legal turns.

I agreed to make my turn into the parking lot just before the intersection (which exits onto the road I was turning onto anyway), and thus avoid the whole possibility in the future.

Okay, fast forward to this past Saturday. Morgan has been a little under the weather, so I took her to the doctor. One my way back home I called Nick and he met us for lunch at a little pizza place near our house. When he got out of his truck he had one question for me. "What was the date on your traffic ticket?" When I told him, he have me a look. "You got another one in the mail today."

"What?"

"In the same damn place too."

This did not bode well for me and my butt.

"I thought you told me you weren't turning at that light any more."

"I'm not!" I protested.

"Well clearly you are - we have photographic evidence." The thing is, I really had been turning into the parking lot. But as I thought back, I recalled one particular day when I just plain forgot until I was halfway through the turn under the red light. I didn't think much about it at the time, because it was turning red as I went under it. Over pizza he made it clear that this particular ticket was something we'd be dealing with later.

We spent Saturday afternoon and evening at my parent's house, and by the time we got home it was getting late. He gave me an option of going to the garage to take care of it then or waiting until the next night when Morgan was either occupied or asleep. It had been a while since I'd been really spanked, and I knew that I didn't want to get what would probably be a hard one out in the garage. There was no good place to position myself, and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to hold still. I asked him to wait until the next day.

All day Sunday I was pretty quiet. Frankly I was worried about it. I knew I had seriously screwed up with the second ticket, and he'd also mentioned that there would be other issues addressed. He felt like I just hadn't had my head on straight about a lot of things, and he was right, but that didn't make me dread the spanking any less. Something else that was increasing my anxiety was a serious conversation we'd had when we came home from my parents' house the night before.

There are certain changes we need to make in our life together. We're not the most responsible with money, our health is not where we want it to be, and, while I may be the one who gets spanked for the house, it stems from all three of us just having too much stuff and not being good at controlling what we do with it. For the first time in a long time I saw my husband determined to make some major life changes, and he was determined to bring me along with him. Now honestly, this has been a huge relief for me. I've been just as ready to re-prioritize as he's been, but I've needed him as a motivating force behind me. There have been some unexpected issues that have brought all of this to the forefront, and I'll probably talk about those in a later post. But anyway, the raw determination, while both exciting and comforting to me, was also unnerving with a spanking looming.

Sunday morning we went to church, then came home and played with Morgan in the yard for a few hours. By the time she was ready to go in and watch TV I was ready to pull my hair out with thinking about what I had coming. Finally I asked him to do it soon, so that I didn't have to spend the rest of my weekend dreading it.

Not long after he led me upstairs and locked the door behind us. He pulled me onto my stomach on the bed and began to spank. He started hard with his hand over my jeans, and it always surprises me just how much his hand hurts through denim. Before very long he got up to open the toy box. I was really expecting him to pull out Jokari, which would have been no fun at all, and pretty much the worst thing I expected. So it was with a bit of a whimper that I watched him retrieve "The Big Paddle." I can't even recall the last time I was punished with this thing. It's crazy heavy, and seems to be about eight feet long. He made it when we were dating and he was trying to come up with something to indulge his new spank-crazy girlfriend. Back then I couldn't handle it even for play. Even now a relatively light pop is enough to leave a lingering burn.

These days, if I'm really horny, I can definitely develop a craving for it during play, but it's a serious enough implement that he very rarely brings it out for discipline.

When it came down to it though, he was much more lenient on me than I expected. I was pretty miserable about the ticket among other things already, so he knew that it wouldn't take too much with that paddle to bring me to where I needed to be. I got probably 50 with the paddle, although the last twenty were very, very hard. I got quite a few more with his hand. When it was over he cuddled me for a bit.

As it usually does, the cuddling led to more, and very soon we were reconnecting on a whole other level. It was a well spanked and well satisfied girl who got up from that bed. Even four years into this it still amazes me the level of calm and peace that comes over me after being punished. As much as I dread it, it makes me feel so loved and protected. I'm a very blessed wife.

Still here...

I am so sorry for the silence here, guys. The cord that they sent me for my laptop didn't work, and the old one finally broke beyond what Nick could fix. So I'm waiting on another replacement. It should be here within the next few days, and I'll be up and running again. Right now I'm on a borrowed computer. But I should have an update for you shortly, and this one will have real live spanking in it.
