A lovely Christmas

Did everyone have a good Christmas? Ours was great. Nick's sister was in from Texas, and it was wonderful to see her and her husband and kids. Her daughter is 16 months older than Morgan, and they took Morgan out for fun stuff almost every day. Nick and I bought each other new jackets, and Morgan and the baby got way more than they needed. Actually, the baby didn't get a whole lot, but she is less than 3 months old - there's not too awful much she can appreciate yet. The best Christmas gift was from Nick's sister and her husband. Before they came in, they sent us some money to help with bills. This was such an answer to prayer, and such beautiful evidence to me that God is going to provide for us in our new venture as a single income family.

Due to the holidays, we didn't get to do our Thursday spanking last week, but we hope to get to do it tomorrow. Tomorrow is actually our 6th anniversary with DD. This has been a difficult year for us with DD, but I feel like we're back on track.

I'll be going in to work next week to tell them that I'm quitting, so I would appreciate your prayers that that goes well. Anyway, the baby needs to nurse, so I've gotta run...Happy New Year!
